Who's teaching?

Claire Mace - I've been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2010. I run Inspiratrix Yoga, providing yoga classes through Zoom and in Bethesda, North Wales. I specialise in yoga that gets you stronger and more supple, helps you reduce your stress and anxiety, and supports you in making friends with your body.
