This six week course with Craig Nadashakti Norris introduces elements of yoga's philosophy and history.

We'll also explore some meditation techniques associated with the yoga tradition.

The course starts Tuesday 7th September.

Perfect to deepen your personal practice or for yoga teachers who want to improve their understanding of yoga philosophy.

About Craig

Craig’s joyous and playful nature helps you deepen your practice by approaching yoga with humour and open-mindedness.

His classes challenge, uplift and heal by enabling you to explore the playing field of your body and mind.

Craig teaches in order that people can experience the healing effects of yoga, create change in themselves and live with empowerment and confidence.

He has studied numerous styles of meditation, yoga, chanting and other spiritual practices, and he has trained  Ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, Satyananda, and Forrest yoga.

Craig has a great love for the traditional and studies Sanskrit and Vedic chanting.
