Adrian was born in Bodfordd, on the island of Anglesey in North Wales.
"I still remember what it's like to be a total newbie to yoga. Not knowing pose names, and having no idea what I was doing."
"There are still days where I feel like a beginner. And I'm fine with that. In fact, I see it as a strength rather than a weakness. It allows me to be sympathetic to how those new to yoga feel."
"I also know what it's like to be approaching yoga from a place of not being flexible. But I've learned that you don't have to be flexible to do yoga. i believe that yoga is for everyone!"
"Making a class hard is easy. But making a mixed-level class that leaves everyone who turns up feeling like they've had a good session means having to think about everyone in the room (or on Zoom) and work with them at the level they are at."
"I enjoy teaching yoga because I love seeing people in my classes succeed at things. I get to help people to be stronger, have less pain, be healthier, and ultimately happier."
Adrian teaches three classes a week for Inspiratrix Yoga and is one of the teachers on the Inspiratrix Yoga Teacher training.
He trained to become a yoga teacher with Forrest Yoga, Rippy Yoga and Inspiratrix Yoga.
He is also a CSCS Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist - and keen kettlebell enthusiast.
